32lbs Later!

As of today, I've officially lost 32 lbs total.  I lost 30 lbs during my 40 days of Round 1.  I went into Phase 3 which is the maintanence phase and have lost another 2 lbs. I'm here to tell ya the best feeling is finding jeans in my closet, trying them on for the first time in years, and they're too loose!!!!  It's an amazing feeling and I'm LOVING IT!!!  The last time I tried them on, I couldn't get them past my thighs!!! So, I'm really excited to get started with Round 2 and lose this last 30 lbs, because this time, I'll be buying new jeans!  I can only hope that it comes off as easily as the first 30!!!
After spending so much time on the phone last week answering questions and attempting to help others who are interested in starting, I decided the easiest thing for me to do would be to start a support group!
I've just posted some links to the right that will help you get started.  So, print them off, read, study, and bring them with you when we meet and I'll answer any questions that you might have then.  I'm definitely no expert on the subject but I've spent plenty of time stuyding, investigating, reviewing, and talking to others who've had success with this program, before attempting it myself.  I can assure you of one thing.  It was the easiest weight loss plan I've ever, successfully accomplished, especially a 30 lb loss in 40 days! And yes, I lost 30 total inches also!

I'll post some recipes I used as soon as I fugure out how!
Our HCG order should be here in the next couple of days and I'll let you know where we'll be meeting.  My plans are  to begin our meetings on Monday, April 4th. So Tues, April 5 will be our first day (R1P1D1).

  2. Just one more small note. I know of lots of people including myself that have spent a fortune doing this when there was no real need. I truly appreciate you in these times of inflation. :)SMILE.....
