Most of your questions about the HCG program can be answered in the link to the right.
I have a MEGA amount of info that I've accumulated and am passing on to everyone.
The Spreadsheet is printable and can be used to track food, calories and progress on a daily basis. This is a very important aspect of the diet if you are going to be successful. Good journaling will enable you to quickly realize why you have a stall and what to do immediately, to fix it, so it doesn't happen again. When you want to lose 1 lb a day in such a short amount of time, you definitely don't want to waste any days!!!
Hope this helps.

32lbs Later!
As of today, I've officially lost 32 lbs total. I lost 30 lbs during my 40 days of Round 1. I went into Phase 3 which is the maintanence phase and have lost another 2 lbs. I'm here to tell ya the best feeling is finding jeans in my closet, trying them on for the first time in years, and they're too loose!!!! It's an amazing feeling and I'm LOVING IT!!! The last time I tried them on, I couldn't get them past my thighs!!! So, I'm really excited to get started with Round 2 and lose this last 30 lbs, because this time, I'll be buying new jeans! I can only hope that it comes off as easily as the first 30!!!
After spending so much time on the phone last week answering questions and attempting to help others who are interested in starting, I decided the easiest thing for me to do would be to start a support group!
I've just posted some links to the right that will help you get started. So, print them off, read, study, and bring them with you when we meet and I'll answer any questions that you might have then. I'm definitely no expert on the subject but I've spent plenty of time stuyding, investigating, reviewing, and talking to others who've had success with this program, before attempting it myself. I can assure you of one thing. It was the easiest weight loss plan I've ever, successfully accomplished, especially a 30 lb loss in 40 days! And yes, I lost 30 total inches also!
I'll post some recipes I used as soon as I fugure out how!
Our HCG order should be here in the next couple of days and I'll let you know where we'll be meeting. My plans are to begin our meetings on Monday, April 4th. So Tues, April 5 will be our first day (R1P1D1).

Diet Busters and Loose Jeans
Today is R1P2D15 with a total loss of 17 lbs. My total inches lost as of Monday of this week is 10.5 inches. A couple of things I've learned this week:
1. Splenda really does make me crave carbohydrates. I accidentally spooned Splenda into my coffee. Realizing it immediately, I had the option to pour it out and start over or just drink it and see. I'm not one to waste a good cup of coffee, much less, Creme Brule' coffee so the Splenda didn't scare me too much. Now, I'll continue with the Stevia at all costs!
2. I bought Melba snack rounds instead of Melba toast-just to try. Huge mistake! Felt like I was eating a really good snack of those garlic toast rounds and couldn't stop myself! Ate 2 servings before I told myself that it wasn't worth wasting my 1 lb per day on. Now, I'm having a hard time trying them again for fear of the same! I craved them and carbs the rest of the day! Melba toast is not that good, so for now, I'll forgo the Splenda and the Melba toast rounds!!
It feels too good to put on a pair of "loose" jeans and I've not had that feeling for quite some time now!

Beginning of HCG Journey
Well, I'm actually on R1P2D9 (this means Round 1, Phase2, Day 9) of my HCG Journey with a total weight loss of 13.5 lbs.
I've been journaling since beginning but not on a blog. Since so many people have been curious and questioning me concerning my wt loss and journey, I figured the best way to keep from repeating the instructions and to help others who want to join me was to start a blog. So, here goes. I know nothing whatsoever about blogging but it looks like I'm gonna learn!
